Cherry Cottage 1

A lovely 300yr old cottage in the picturesque village of Pentrich.

The Pentrich revolution was the last revolution in England back in 1871 and many of the cottages like this were destroyed as they were thought to be linked with the revolutionaries. Thankfully though these cottages still stand today.

This is a fantastic spot for walkers, nestled in the beautiful Derbyshire countryside, central to Matlock, Belper, Derby and Nottingham.

All bed linen and towels, electricity and fuel are included in the price, and there will be a welcome basket for you on your arrival.

There is a private fishing lake stocked with rainbow and brown trout at Carr Barn farm (5 miles away), which can be used for a small charge.
